Bank connection issues

If an account stops syncing or fails to link, open Settings → Connections and tap the affected institution to reconnect. If that doesn't work, reach out and include the bank name and roughly when the issue started — we'll dig into the Plaid logs.

Subscription, billing, refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel or request a refund, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. Account deletion removes your data from our active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 90.
